Your Role

  • You will play a crucial role in supporting the Servicing Division of Gallagher Re, focusing on clients within the EMEA region.
  • You will report directly to the Divisional Director – Servicing, ensuring efficient client management, reporting, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will prepare and manage client reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  2. Regularly review high-revenue clients to identify any gaps and areas for improvement in servicing.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  4. Manage inquiries from clients and internal servicing teams in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with regional servicing hubs in Mumbai and Ipswich to ensure smooth workflows.
  6. Act as the point of contact for cash loss escalation issues, providing necessary assistance to internal teams.
  7. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  8. Support the finance team with VAT filing processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  9. Identify and implement improvements in client servicing processes.
  10. Support data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making.
  11. Coordinate with various internal teams, including broking, finance, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive support.
  12. Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Gallagher Re's servicing processes.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and reports.
  14. Provide administrative support to the servicing team as required.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client servicing or support role, preferably within the reinsurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations and filing processes is an advantage.
  • Fluency in French is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
