Najmaconsultancy is seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will support our recruitment and HR operations, using your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

  1. Support the execution of HR recruitment tasks and work orders.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of client hiring needs, organizational culture, and job specifications.
  3. Source high-quality candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events.
  4. Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure alignment with client needs.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates.
  6. Maintain accurate candidate databases and track progress.
  7. Ensure efficient employee onboarding, including completion of all necessary documentation.
  8. Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and absences.
  9. Process employees' WPS and health insurance applications.

You will need a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field for this role.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field is highly preferred.
