Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Design Specialist to join our team at Wood. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing field engineering support and design deliverables for pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Engineering Support: Conduct site surveys and data gathering at various locations to ensure accurate design deliverables.
  • Pipeline Design Deliverables: Prepare and develop pipeline design deliverables using AutoCAD, including piping GA's, isometrics, pipe support drawings, MTO's, and tie-in schedules.
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with other disciplines, such as PFD & P&ID's, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design Team Activities: Assist senior designers and engineers in design team activities, including coordination of pipeline discipline activities.
  • Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of delivering engineering design deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an engineering design company, with a strong background in AutoCAD drafting and pipeline drawings.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Operational support, construction, and commissioning experience in the oil and gas industry.
