We are looking for a skilled Contract and Invoice Coordinator to manage our contracts and invoicing processes at Aswaar Consulting DMCC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate the review of client project setup to guarantee accuracy and correspondence with billing information recorded in the letter of engagement – billing address, rates, discounts, VAT implications.
- Work collaboratively with the business to improve the precision of invoices and reduce manual corrections during the billing cycle.
- Approve the completion of client invoices following approval by client-facing team members.
- Process write-offs, rate modifications, narrative amendments, and credit notes as needed.
- Guarantee timely and precise completion of the billing/invoicing month-end close process.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures for billing/invoicing processes when necessary.
- Enforce adherence to documented internal controls assigned to billing/invoicing processes.
- Act as a point of contact for billing/invoicing matters between internal and external parties, including auditors.
- Deliver results as directed, meeting expectations within designated timelines and demonstrating high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Communicate with business contacts to confirm pricing and volumes influencing invoice values.
- Support the achievement of month-end closing deadlines and undertake VAT reconciliations for issued invoices.
Remuneration: AED 7 – 8k per month, negotiable for the suitable candidate. The selected individual will also receive all employee benefits in line with UAE Labour law.
