Service Contracts Executive

The Al-Futtaim Group, a leading business house in the lower Gulf region, is seeking an experienced Automotive Contracts Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complete contracts processing and ensuring that directives are followed to achieve sales & financial targets of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Processing: Ensure timely completion of contracts processing to reduce WIPs and facilitate workshops to invoice pending contracts jobs as soon as possible.
  2. Communication: Assist sales staff across branches by answering queries, quoting, and resolving contracts-related issues.
  3. Training and Development: Participate in OJT and necessary trainings to enhance competence and productivity.
  4. Invoice Inspection: Verify accuracy of workshop contracts invoices and report any errors to the line manager.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work professionally and efficiently as part of a team to achieve set targets.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure quality documentation and contracts processing throughout all operations.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Assist customers within policy limits for contract-related financial or operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Auto/Mech Engineering or Business Graduate
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a major automotive manufacturer or dealership/distributorship as a Contracts Assistant or Service Advisor
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, data processing, and auto engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Problem-solving, customer handling, time management, and teamwork skills
