Job Description

This role involves leading the commercial growth of Loft Orbital, a joint venture in satellite manufacturing and operations. As Business Development Director, you will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, establishing partnerships, and fostering strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the new space ecosystem and at least 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales, with a proven track record in the MENA region and beyond.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new opportunities through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  • Sales: Connect with prospective customers to understand their objectives and provide information about Loft Orbital's services.
  • Proposal Development: Formulate tailored proposals for customers, clearly articulating Loft Orbital's value proposition.
  • Contracting: Draft and negotiate contracts once a proposal is accepted.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout program lifecycles.
  • Product Development Support: Provide market insights and feedback to inform the development of future capabilities.
