Key Responsibilities:

- Answer guest-related queries and provide accurate information on promotions, room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, following cash handling procedures.
- Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
- Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback.
- Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement.
- Carry out general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
- Effectively communicate with all departments on guest requests and complaints for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure the safety of all guests in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department of a hotel.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) systems.
- Arabic language speaking, writing, and reading skills.
