  • VAT Compliance: Ensure continuous financial control in compliance with VAT regulations, preparing periodic VAT filling documents and coordinating with service providers.
  • ERP System Improvement: Advise on the improvement of ERP system functionalities, including internal control frameworks, and provide inputs during new functionality design and testing.
  • External Audits: Cooperate with external auditors to carry out annual audit activities, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Ref Flag Investigation: Highlight continuously any ref flags for detailed investigation, as agreed with the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA is preferable.
  • Experience: Four or more years of overall experience, including 2 years in a Senior Accountant position.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of IFRS, ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment, and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Work Style: Ability to plan, manage, and follow through on assignments, communicate at all levels of the organization, and work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
