We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Abu Dhabi National Hotels. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Front Office team to ensure they deliver excellent service to our guests.
- Guest Services: Oversee all aspects of guest services, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Team Management: Supervise and train Front Office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide top-notch service.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage front office operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Experience: 6-8 years in a similar role, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent, and/or a degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proven leadership abilities.
