**Job Description:**
As a Flight Crew Learning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our training programs.
You will work closely with our Chief Pilot, Chief Cabin Crew, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our training policies, standards, and procedures meet the highest safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fulfilling the duties of Nominated Post Holder Training as defined by the GCAA
- Implementing policy, standards, and procedures into all training, examination, and checking
- Ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all Wizz Air pilot and Cabin Crew training
