Senior Sustainability Engagement Specialist

At MatchaTalent, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Management Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability-focused organization, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing global workshops, events, and conferences related to climate change and innovations in climate technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Management: Coordinate and manage global workshops, events, and conferences to promote sustainability and climate change innovations.
- Annual Event Planning: Develop annual event and branding engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Arrange visits with VIPs, universities, and other relevant organizations or entities as required.
- Agency Management: Manage agency relationships, develop scopes of work, and oversee work programs.
- Communication Alignment: Align, promote, and support corporate communication efforts.
- Internal Governance: Establish and manage an internal communication governance system with periodic strategic reviews and bi-weekly tactical reviews.
- Marketing Effectiveness: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop marketing campaigns, brand collateral, and long-term strategies, overseeing the work of external consultants including web developers, videographers, and online platform vendors.
- Brand Resource Management: Manage brand resources and processes to ensure consistent brand delivery, including message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, accurate data, and highlights.
- Market Research: Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals.
- Content Marketing: Support organizational growth by developing content marketing and demand generation strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
- External Events: Develop and implement a strategic external events calendar to drive awareness with new prospects and accelerate existing opportunities.
