Senior Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Engineer to join our team at KEO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS.
Key Responsibilities:- Green Certification Management: Organize and deliver LEED, Estidama, Al Safat, and WELL Green Certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Site Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and review material submittals and contractors' weekly reports to ensure quality control and quality assurance protocols are followed.
- Sustainability Support: Collaborate with design teams to improve the sustainability performance of buildings and support sustainability delivery leaders on environmental, social, and sustainability reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with wider sustainability and environmental teams to innovate and tailor sustainability standards for clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Manage and facilitate delivery efforts to meet client expectations and ensure client satisfaction during and after the delivery of a scope of work and deliverables.
- Education: Master's Degree in Engineering or Architectural and Sustainability Relevant Discipline.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Estidama PQP is a mandatory requirement. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with additional qualifications such as GRI Certified Sustainability Professional or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or WELL AP.
- Technical Skills: High level of proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office, InDesign, and other presentation digitalized tools.
