Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Regular HSE Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the well site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate Incidents and Accidents: Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and Implement HSE Plans: Develop and implement HSE plans, including emergency response plans and work permits, to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and Report HSE Statistics: Monitor and report HSE statistics, including incident and accident rates, to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Contractors and Sub-Contractors: Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure they are aware of and comply with company HSE policies and procedures.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees and contractors on HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or occupational health and safety.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in HSE activities in the drilling field, with some experience working with international companies.
  • Skills: Good command of both written and spoken English, good knowledge of computer applications, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
