About Your Role

As a Sales CRM Specialist at United Al Saqer Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through effective CRM strategy implementation.

Main Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and Maintaining CRM Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Department to define, analyze, and refine the overall Sales CRM Strategy, ensuring it evolves based on data insights and business needs.
  2. Managing Call Centre & Client Relations Teams: Oversee daily operations to ensure high performance, efficiency, and alignment with CRM objectives.
  3. Lead Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain lead planning documents, conducting data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of each targeted communication initiative.
  4. Sales Funnel Management Reporting: Generate and analyze Sales Funnel Management reports to track lead progress, identify trends, and recommend areas for optimization.
  5. Media Channel Performance Evaluation: Analyze media channel performance based on lead generation data, working closely with the marketing team to inform recommendations for channel optimization.
  6. Annual CRM Calendar & Campaigns: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and analyze the annual Sales CRM calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and sales goals.
  7. CRM Materials Development: Partner with the designated marketing specialist to create and analyze CRM materials for direct marketing campaigns, ensuring engaging content that meets customer needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales CRM or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
