Executive Pastry Chef Lead

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef Lead to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department and ensuring that all aspects of pastry production meet our high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items.
- Train and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry preparation and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
