Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Transformation Specialist to join our team at Al Nahiya Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of our service development framework, working closely with government agencies in Abu Dhabi to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development Framework Implementation
    • Support the implementation of the Government Services Development Framework in Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with government agencies and the Abu Dhabi Government Services Agenda.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments and government agencies in Abu Dhabi to coordinate participation, planning, launch, and maintenance of the service development cycle.
  • Digital Customer Journey Process
    • Create digital customer journey processes, taking into account initial and final stages to ensure flexible transition and timely completion of the end-user journey.
  • Service Work Analysis and Improvement
    • Analyze the course of service work based on the current state of government services and apply improvements based on the development framework and customer trip design, in cooperation with government agencies in Abu Dhabi.
  • Service Standards Compliance
    • Verify that services comply with applicable service development standards to ensure compliance with these standards in all services developed by the Department.
  • Research and Development
    • Conduct research to identify the latest global digital practices and highlight practices that can value services developed for audit purposes.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform any other duties or career activities appointed by the direct manager.

    • Take responsibility in line with the Department's governance, policies, and procedures.

    • Contribute to the preparation of required reports in accordance with the requirements of reporting internally within the company and externally where applicable.
  • Innovation and Development
    • Find and identify new ideas and opportunities to adopt innovative solutions or methods to meet challenges or enhance activities based on functional requirements.
    • Identify and search for professional development opportunities to proactively improve technical capabilities and skills related to the Department's functional requirements.
Requirements
  • Academic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's, diploma, secondary, or other degree in IT management, business administration, or any other related area.
  • Professional Experience
    • Experience in designing the IT process, managing application development, or any other relevant area, with at least:
    • Years of experience for Bachelor's degree campaign: 0 to 2 years.
