Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Transformation Specialist to support our HR transformation project at Consultz. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of the project implementation, focusing on HR strategy, organizational redesign, and talent management to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support for the HR transformation project, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support project initiatives, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of new HR processes and system configurations, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support project mandates, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the design and implementation of new organizational structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness, aligning with business objectives.
  • Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to support the new organizational design, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist in change management activities to ensure smooth transitions during the redesign process, minimizing disruption and maximizing engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including competency frameworks, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the project implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or a related role.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SQL).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools (e.g., OrgVue, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
