As a key member of the agile scrum team, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to define and prioritize user stories in the team backlog. Your primary focus will be on driving quality control and ensuring that delivered stories meet defined acceptance criteria.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with the Senior Product Manager to contribute to the product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Participate in Iteration Planning to review and prioritize the team backlog, considering dependencies with other Product Owners.
  • Achieve consensus on the final Iteration Plan and maintain the team backlog, ensuring clear descriptions, estimates, and priorities.
  • Educate the scrum team on required features and functionality for each iteration.
  • Develop detailed specifications for features and user stories, incorporating acceptance criteria and acceptance tests.
  • Validate feature and user story acceptance, adhering to the Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Foster open communication through regular demos, highlighting critical aspects to stakeholders.
  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement through iteration retrospectives.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Cargo Airline Products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in Agile development methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Lean Portfolio Management.
  • Successful track record of defining, delivering, and launching products within the Air Cargo domain.
  • Strong technical and Air Cargo domain knowledge with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in defining product vision and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working with diverse teams.
