Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Noon Dubai. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and executing process improvement strategies to scale up our operations. You will work closely with our AM and Fleet In-house team to drive the coordination and implementation of projects that impact our metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collect and share feedback with reportees to identify areas for improvement and implement process tweaks to make them scalable.
  • Lead and execute process improvement strategies to scale up operations, serving as a liaison between the AM and Fleet In-house team.
  • Assist and solve problems/troubleshoot in all operation-related issues and concerns.
  • Drive the hub metrics and assigned KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Responsible for the hubs rider's satisfaction index, attrition rate, and audit, as well as hygiene compliance.
  • Collate data for assigned hubs/clusters and present a summary at the hub level in the form of weekly/monthly/quarterly updates on projects and performance progress.
  • Devise SOPs, policies, and assist in the implementation of tools for safety/compliance of riders, adhering to authority guidelines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and implement mechanisms to ensure cross-functional alignment and address escalations, execution of cross-products such as food cross-utilization.
  • Supervise and drive the coordination and implementation of projects pertaining to riders that show impact on metrics.
  • Manage assigned hubs with multiple zones, handing over to team leaders and fleet coordinators.
  • Identify gaps and implement processes, optimize existing processes for smooth functioning of logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with next-level stakeholders on special projects and new initiatives, product intervention testing deployments.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
  • Experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
