  • Maintain accurate records of MEP reports, installation schedules, and manage work orders from clients.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project managers and clients regarding MEP works status.
  • Schedule PM and CM with clients for approval and plan work resources accordingly.
  • Ensure all MEP work complies with local codes and standards and maintain proper documentation for inspections and approvals.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve problems, minimizing impact on project timeline and close out individual work orders.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Address issues during installation, such as conflicts, delays, or quality concerns.
  • Ensure the project team follows safety procedures and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate commissioning of MEP systems and verification of handing over reports and documents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with infrastructure companies.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
