We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Management Executive to join our team at ALDAR. As a key member of our Asset Management department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of operational assets, driving strong financial returns, and adding value to our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Asset Management: Manage the asset management investment process, including sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new potential acquisitions, disposals, and development opportunities.
- Portfolio Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of assigned retail assets, ensuring strong financial returns and adding value to our communities.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with property managers of assigned retail assets, track strategic and financial performance, and identify opportunities for operational excellence.
- Financial Analysis: Build financial and valuation models, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and assessing financial results, and value intangible assets and determine purchase price allocations.
- Reporting and Monitoring: Track and monitor the portfolio's business performance, provide periodic reports to the line manager, and monitor the matrix to support Asset Ops during asset operations.
- Collaboration and Synergies: Coordinate with other Retail GMs to develop and recommend synergies between various assets, and undertake deep dives into business operations and financial performance to prepare recommendations for management.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing the strategic and five-year business plan, risk registers, and mitigation plans for the portfolio, and assist in the yearly valuation cycle of the portfolio.
- Strong background in asset management and portfolio optimization.
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proven track record of driving strong financial returns and adding value to communities.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
