Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers via various channels, identifying genuine sales leads, and providing a high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
Operational Performance- Making outbound calls to prospective customer leads to qualify opportunities for student placement counsellors.
- Responding to online chat inquiries regarding study, visa, and related services.
- Engaging with customers on social media platforms to answer queries about IDP and its services.
- Utilizing qualifying sales techniques to identify opportunities for IDP and its customers.
- Maintaining the accuracy of IDP's CRM by updating customer details where possible.
- Communicating Warm and Hot Leads to operations teams to drive conversion.
- Fufluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills / local language (verbal and written) is essential.
- Minimum 1 year's sales or customer service experience.
- Proven sales experience preferred.
