Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers via various channels, identifying genuine sales leads, and providing a high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

Operational Performance
  • Making outbound calls to prospective customer leads to qualify opportunities for student placement counsellors.
  • Responding to online chat inquiries regarding study, visa, and related services.
  • Engaging with customers on social media platforms to answer queries about IDP and its services.
  • Utilizing qualifying sales techniques to identify opportunities for IDP and its customers.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of IDP's CRM by updating customer details where possible.
  • Communicating Warm and Hot Leads to operations teams to drive conversion.
Requirements
  • Fufluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication skills / local language (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Minimum 1 year's sales or customer service experience.
  • Proven sales experience preferred.
