Job Summary:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve underwriting performance.
- Evaluate and analyze property insurance proposals to assess risk and determine appropriate coverage and premiums.
- Review survey reports and cladding certifications to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Prepare quotes in line with NGI's underwriting policies and philosophy.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to win business quoted.
- Maintain accurate underwriting records and documentation.
- Handle enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- University Graduate / MBA degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance Underwriting.
- Holding a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate is an advantage.
