Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in any technical engineering field or a related discipline. A Diploma or IGC level 3 in NEBOSH or equivalent and ADOSH certification are also required. At least 10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in infrastructure, oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, is necessary. Strong communication and leadership skills to drive HSE initiatives are essential.
