Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance on safety, health, and environmental matters
  • Develop and implement effective safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address safety, health, and environmental risks
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on safety, health, and environmental best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in safety, health, and environment, preferably in the rail design and construction industry
  • Lead Auditor certification (ISO 45001 or equal) or ASQ certification (OHSEP or equivalent)
  • Professional certification (i.e. CSP NEBOSH Diploma NVQ Level 6 IOSH or similar)
