We're looking for a Front Office Manager to deliver exceptional first impressions. Manage registration, reservations, porter and concierge services, and ensure memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach front office team to deliver excellent guest services.
  • Engage with guests to build personal relationships and address complaints.
  • Conduct regular front office inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Help prepare budgets and find ways to increase revenue from walk-ins and up-selling.
  • Train team members on PBX procedures and lead during emergencies or crises.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
  • 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience with management experience.
  • Luxury resort background.
  • Experience in high volume operations.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Other languages preferred.
