About the Role:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of 20 telesales executives, ensuring productivity and performance meet company targets.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet and exceed outbound sales quotas through effective coaching and motivation.
- Script Review: Review and refine sales scripts to ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and streamline workflows.
- Escalation Management: Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining service excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in outbound telesales with at least 1-2 years in a lead role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a high-volume sales team.
