Anesthesia Specialist

At Royal Health Group, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesiology and be able to provide top-notch care to our patients.

• Conduct Anesthesia Services: Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including routine and emergency surgeries.
• Resuscitate and Manage Critically Ill Patients: Work as a team member to resuscitate and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Conduct Pre-Anesthesia Assessments: Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments for all patients, including those in the OPD and on admission.
• Provide Technical Advice and Guidance: Provide technical advice and guidance to nursing staff, other specialists, and registrars as needed.
• Interview Patients: Interview patients scheduled for surgery to develop an anesthesia care plan and provide education on anesthesia procedures.
• Manage Patients During Sedation: Manage patients during sedation and recovery from sedation, including monitoring vital signs.
• Evaluate Recovery: Evaluate patients post-operatively to assess recovery from anesthesia and identify any complications.
• Supervise and Maintain Documentation: Supervise and maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services provided in the Obstetrical operating theaters and main O.R.
• Stay Current with New Procedures: Stay current with new procedures and techniques in the field of anesthesiology.
• Participate in Teaching and Training: Participate in teaching and training junior anesthesiologists and other nursing staff.
• Provide On-Call Emergency Services: Provide on-call emergency services as needed.
• Meet Educational Requirements: Hold a graduate degree in anesthesiology (MD Anesthesiology) or equivalent, and have a minimum of three years of full-time experience in anesthesiology practice.
• Meet Professional Standards: Demonstrate a high standard of professionalism and comprehensive knowledge of safe anesthesia practices.
