We are seeking a highly motivated Content Manager - Internal Communications to join our team at ADSS. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and distributing engaging content to employees, customers, and stakeholders.

You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that drive business results, enhance employee engagement, and promote the company's brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective content strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communication initiatives.
  • Create engaging content for various audiences, including employees, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze communication metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize communication efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
