Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work is carried out to the required standard, including inspecting work in progress and identifying any defects or issues.

Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, civil engineering).
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • License/Certification: Valid driving license.
