Job Description

This Strategic Project Leader role is ideal for a professional passionate about delivering impactful solutions within a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will lead projects, deliver strategic insights, and support the continued success of the client.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with clients to define project goals, scopes, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and priorities.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, across various domains, including General Management, HR Consulting, Digital Transformation, CX, Data Analytics, and M&A.
  3. Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation to completion, adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  4. Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project efficiency and delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of verifiable knowledge and experience within the consulting industry advising clients in different fields.
  • Demonstrated history of achievements and accomplishments in the field of Information Technology (IT) and/or Software Development.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline from an American University of Beirut.
  • Must have written and spoken full professional proficiency in Arabic, and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, and maintain effective and strategic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
