Strategic Transformation Leader

This high-impact position requires a unique combination of skills such as strategic thinking and planning, executive relationship building, and enterprise transformation expertise. As a Strategic Transformation Leader, you will own and develop Amazon's strategic partnerships with global business consulting and advisory firms, helping enterprise clients realize the full value of their transformation journeys through the power of our proven practices and cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop strategic transformation opportunities with global consulting partners and their enterprise clients in the region
  • Play a leadership role in shaping and executing our consulting partner strategy
  • Orchestrate collaboration between consulting partners, AWS teams, and enterprise customers to drive successful transformation outcomes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Management Consulting in a top Firm (Ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Roland Berger)
