Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support our project finance team at WSP Global Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Business Unit leaders and Project Leaders in financial planning and analysis
  • Promote best practices in project and bid management by assisting Project Leaders in line with our Quality Management System and Project Life Cycle
  • Ensure compliance with our internal financial controls and procedures
  • Support projects across the GCC region, including the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel required
  • Prepare and contribute to delivering P&L Business Unit annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners and Business Unit leaders in managing the month-end revenue recognition process and producing related monthly performance reports to Senior Management
  • Assist Project Leaders in completing and managing their cost-to-complete forecasts to ensure accurate forecasting of future project performance
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a commercial environment, preferably in construction and consultancy in the Middle East
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with project reporting systems, such as Agresso or similar software
