Your Role
As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing support to Category Managers for sourcing execution activities through the full execution lifecycle. This includes requirements definition, RFI/RFP, award, contracts, and related activities. You will also perform tactical and low-value procurement, setting up and using self-service channels, sourcing via P-Cards and managed catalogues, and guided buying from master service agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform support to Category Managers for sourcing execution activities.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma-level qualification, awareness and understanding of relevant aviation and/or indirect categories, and a minimum of 3 years of procurement operations and sourcing experience. Experience in P2P and use of tools such as SAP and Ariba is preferred.
