Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms and public areas. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain the hotel's exceptional standards and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and self-inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Stock and maintain the linen closet to ensure efficient service
  • Provide genuine hospitality and recognition to our guests, promoting hotel services and products
  • Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Ensure safe handling of equipment and machinery, reporting defects and accidents to management immediately

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in 5-star hotels or resorts
  • Aptitude and upward mobility
