You will be the go-to person for your team members during their shift, providing guidance and support as needed. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with your Shift / Area Manager to plan and execute shifts.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance, and provide essential information to frontline management to ensure operational excellence across shifts.
  2. Support and train employees to deliver high-quality service and supervise them in their daily tasks.
  3. Work with other departments to find solutions to address common issues or support needs in areas of key performance.
  4. Use data analysis to identify ways to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
A Typical Workday

As an Operations Lead / Supervisor, you will be based in one of our operational sites. Your primary focus will be on supporting your Shift / Area Manager in planning and executing shifts. This will involve helping with pre-shift meetings, monitoring procedures to ensure adherence to safety rules and quality processes, and providing guidance to your team members.

You will also be responsible for escalating any issues that arise to your manager, but at times, you may be the most senior person on shift, giving direction and guidance to your team members. Additionally, you will support your Shift / Area Manager in planning shifts to ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.
