Job Description

We seek a highly experienced Bridge Rehabilitation Expert to lead our bridge and tunnel maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural engineering, site management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure project execution aligns with technical, quality, and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead site activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, manpower, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies for bridge and tunnel maintenance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
Engineering Tasks:
  • Study technical documents, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and engineering solutions for structural maintenance and rehabilitation.
  • Ensure all engineering solutions align with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Client's representatives, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of site activities.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings, resolving technical issues, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on bridges and tunnels.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and rehabilitation works within the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards related to structural integrity and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and other structural analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
