KeyResponsibilities:

SiteManagement &Execution:

  • Oversee andmanage site activities ensuring optimal utilization of resourcesmanpower and equipment.
  • Develop and implementplanning strategies for maintenance and rehabilitation works ofbridges and tunnels.
  • Monitor project progressidentify potential risks and take corrective measures to ensuretimelycompletion.

Technical& EngineeringDuties:

  • Study technicaldocuments specifications and project requirements to ensurecompliance with industry standards.
  • Preparetechnical proposals method statements and engineering solutions forstructural maintenance andrehabilitation.
  • Ensure all engineeringsolutions align with project specifications regulatory requirementsand clientexpectations.

Stakeholder& ClientCoordination:

  • Act asthe primary liaison with the Clients representatives ensuring clearcommunication and project alignment.
  • Coordinatewith subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to facilitatesmooth execution of site activities.
  • Conductregular progress meetings resolving technical issues and ensuringalignment with projectgoals.

Quality HealthSafety and Environment (QHSE)Compliance:

  • Implementand enforce QHSE policies to ensure safe and compliant siteoperations.
  • Conduct regular inspections andaudits to maintain adherence to safety protocols and industrystandards.
  • Ensure proper documentation andreporting of QHSE compliance at thesite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Masterspreferred).
  • 15years of experience in structural engineering with afocus on bridges andtunnels .
  • Proven experience inmaintenance and rehabilitation works within the UAE orGCC.
  • Strong knowledge ofengineering codes and standards related to structural integrity andmaintenance.
  • Proficiency inAutoCAD STAAD Pro SAP2000 and other structuralanalysis tools .
  • Excellentcommunication and coordination skills with clients andstakeholders.
  • UAE DrivingLicense is anadvantage.
