  • Reflecting on lesson delivery and student progress, and adjusting teaching practices to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists, as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise in Primary English and the National Curriculum.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of students and the Academy.
