School Leadership Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Embracing Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence by upholding GEMS' Core Values.
- Staff Support: Collaborate with the Head of School, ELT, and SLT to implement staff-related policies and provide regular updates.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in drawing up meeting agendas, follow up on action points, and facilitate communication among staff and administrative personnel.
- Teacher Support: Arrange for substitute teachers and establish a seamless working relationship with teaching staff.
- School Improvement: Contribute to achieving school improvement targets and support Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the use of resources and facilities among staff, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Academic Planning: Manage academic plans, monitor progress, and oversee the running of external examinations and evaluations.
- Parental Engagement: Organize regular open houses to foster closer relationships with parents and address their concerns.
- Staff Meetings: Conduct regular staff meetings to promote coordination and academic agendas.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to GEMS policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
