Qualifications Required:

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 1-2 years of pertinent experience.
  • Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree on a case-by-case basis.
  • Proficient in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Svelte, etc.
  • Acquainted with current front-end technology trends and possesses a solid understanding of popular frameworks like ReactJS and Angular.
  • Experience in designing websites and web applications.
  • Expertise in human interface design, focusing on creating systems that are both enjoyable and efficient to use.
  • Ability to develop mockups based on user feedback and implement them effectively.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, REST, and JSON.
  • Well-versed in AJAX.
  • Experience with back-end frameworks and the capability to bootstrap applications independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in automating unit, functional, integration, and performance testing of web applications using industry-standard tools such as JUnit, SoapUI, Cucumber, Selenium, and JMeter.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of software design patterns.
  • Solid grasp of software development process fundamentals.
  • Experience managing projects using the Atlassian suite of tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket).
  • Proficient in using a version control system (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Understanding of PKI management and user authentication.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a TS//SCI clearance.
