About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate GIS Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects while learning and developing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret geographic data from various sources.
  2. Utilize GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) to create and manage maps, spatial data, and databases.
  3. Assist in the planning and execution of GIS projects, including data integration and spatial analysis.
  4. Provide technical support and training to users of GIS applications.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on GIS data and analysis.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Previous internships or project experience in GIS is a plus.
  4. Relevant certifications (e.g., GISP) are advantageous.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
