Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Real Estate Consultant with ZEN Real Estate, you will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day functions of Sales & Leasing. This may involve working independently or in conjunction with other Consultants to rent, buy, and/or sell properties. You will need to estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list for sellers, as well as arrange for the listing of concerned properties.

Your primary objective is to list most of the available properties in your area of specialization. To achieve this, you will need to liaise with clients to accommodate their rental or sale requirements until the appropriate property is found. You will also take prospective buyers to inspect properties and promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

About the Role:

This role requires a full-time commitment, with a focus on reaching monthly targets. You must have a strong background in real estate, with at least 2 years of experience. A good sales/rental track record is essential, particularly in selling freehold properties. You will need to be discipline, organized, and trustworthy, with excellent communication skills in English. Additionally, you must possess computer skills, including MS Windows and MS Office, and hold a full UAE driving license with own car.
