About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at Talent Pal. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our overall recruiting strategy, sourcing and attracting top talent from various databases, social media platforms, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with department managers to identify future hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sources such as social media networks, employee referrals, and job boards to source and attract candidates for open positions.
  3. Recruitment Process Management: Ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
  4. Job Description Development: Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  5. Job Analysis: Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  6. Recruitment Materials: Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges.
  7. Candidate Screening: Screen candidates' resumes and job applications to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for the role.
  8. HR Best Practices: Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  9. Reporting and Analytics: Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  10. Candidate Relationship Building: Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in ATS, Aviation, or a closely related field.
  2. Recruitment Experience: Solid and extensive experience in headhunting, networking, and building the talent pipeline.
  3. Recruiter Experience: Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  4. Interviewing and Selection: Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, APCs, etc.).
  5. Selection Processes: Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
  6. Skills Assessment: Ability to organize skills assessment centres (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).
  7. HR Systems: Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
