  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing after-sales service and future business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound customer calls to sell mortgages.
  • Nurture strong relationships with builders and real-estate agents for business development.
  • Stay up-to-date with banks' products and procedures.
  • Coordinate with clients until a final offer is made, answering credit queries along the way.
Qualifications & Skills

To succeed as a Mortgage Consultant, you should possess:

  • A proven track record in a similar role, such as Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, loan structuring, and UAE banking regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to analyze financial data and provide sound recommendations.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
