We are seeking an experienced andresultsdriven Senior Mortgage Advisor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor providing expert mortgage advice assessing client needs andguiding them through the mortgage application process. This rolerequires a deep understanding of mortgage products strongrelationshipbuilding skills and a commitment to deliveringexceptional client service.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assess clients financial situations and provide tailoredmortgage solutions.
  • Advise clients on mortgageproducts interest rates and terms.
  • Guideclients through the mortgage application and approvalprocess.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients banks and financialinstitutions.
  • Stay updated on market trendsmortgage regulations and lending policies.
  • Work closely with real estate agents and financialplanners to generate leads.
  • Ensure compliancewith all relevant mortgage laws and industry guidelines.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to companygrowth.

Qualifications &Experience:

  • Bachelorsdegree in finance business or a related field(preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in mortgage advisory banking orfinancial services.
  • Preferably from themortgage or banking sector.
  • Strong knowledgeof mortgage products and lending policies.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
