Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through the provision of high-quality beverages.
  • Create a unique selection of creative non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, espresso, blended coffee, and teas that meet the outlet's standards.
  • Support the outlet manager in training colleagues according to applicable standards and policies.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints and report them to managers promptly.
  • Prepare mise en place and required ingredients and equipment for the daily bar counter setup.
  • Maintain beverage quality, ensuring all drinks are in good order before service periods.
  • Collaborate with the Bar Supervisor and manager to create new blended drinks for promotional activities and menu development.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure correct stock levels and participate in monthly inventories.
  • Ensure accurate temperature control of refrigerators and heating equipment, adhering to First-in, First-Out standards.
  • E nsure accurate date labeling for all related products.
  • Clean and sanitize designated areas after each shift and perform periodic deep cleaning of storage facilities and fridges.
  • Process food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit collections when requested.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by the outlet manager, including assisting other outlets.
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues and superiors to prevent misunderstandings and shortfalls.
  • Exemplify a team player attitude, actively cooperating with colleagues in operational tasks.
