Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Scientific-Based Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to position our Healthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred solutions.
  • Ensure Effective Communication: Ensure that all doctors/HCP/KOL receive the right message, information, and clinical studies to support our solutions.
  • Illustrate Benefits: Clearly illustrate the benefits of our solutions to HCPs and conduct scientific audio/visual meetings to support our products.
  • Business Development: Identify business opportunities within respective areas and evaluate learnings to develop business initiatives and tactics to realize the full potential of our solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activities, including consumer offers, medical conferences, and round tables, and report to management to help protect our market position.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information and handouts and answer any questions from HCPs.
  • Customer Service: Follow up on customer queries and complaints to ensure high-quality service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and submit reports on promotional activities in accordance with established formats and schedules.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all business is conducted in accordance with the WHO and local government code of ethics for infant formula products.
  • Education and Training: Conduct seminars and detailing nutrition education activities to support our solutions.
  • Database Management: Manage databases and ensure compliance with administrative procedures and processes.
  • Performance Metrics: Ensure the accomplishment of qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators assigned for the respective area on daily, monthly, and yearly bases.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss market situations, problems faced, and to appraise activities versus monthly KPIs.
  • Event Management: Help run seminars/events and collect intelligence on the HCP universe, including identifying new contacts.
