We are looking for a Talent and Learning Development Advisor to support business delivery and growth by developing and implementing training programs tailored to organizational needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior stakeholders, training content development/facilitation skills, and be highly motivated and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and create career development plans.
- Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or communications discipline.
- Further HR certification is a plus.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Training content development/facilitation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
