Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and conduct financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and sensitivity analysis to determine credit risk.
- Assess the business model, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth potential of prospective borrowers to determine credit risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure debt financing solutions tailored to the needs of borrowers.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for internal stakeholders to support credit decision-making processes.
- Monitor the ongoing financial performance and credit quality of existing borrowers, including covenant compliance and portfolio risk management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in debt financing.
- Support revenue calculation and portfolio management by preparing monthly calculation sheets with coordination of finance and relevant parties.
- Play a proactive role in identifying new concepts that can potentially be part of the VD-funded companies.
- Develop presentations and debt-related documents and reports.
- 5 years of experience in venture debt, banking risk management, or corporate banking.
- Preferably has banking experience.
